The Terms and Conditions of each Tour Operator must be read, as well as the Visit the Nordics Terms and Conditions and you agree that you have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions by checking the checkbox “I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions ”.

If you have any questions about the Visit the Nordics Terms and Conditions, or any other of its policies, we recommend that you contact us using the form you can find here.

The general cancellation policy on Visit the Nordics tours and activities is as follows: refund of the full cost of the tour or activity is refunded to the user if the cancellation is made more than 14 days before the date on which the tour was due to take place; 50% of the value of the tour or activity is refunded to the customer if the reservation is canceled between 14 and 7 days (exclusive) of the departure date; the user loses the right to any refund if the cancellation is made 7 days or less before the departure date. Visit the Nordics’ cancellation policy will always be hierarchically higher and valid over any other cancellation policy of the specific Tour Operator that is less onerous or restrictive; in the event that the Tour Operator’s cancellation policy is more restrictive (such as, for example, MM Travel & Tours tours, which retain 50% of the tour value if canceled less than 31 days in advance and which retain 10% of the tour price if canceled more than 31 days in advance), the terms and conditions of the Tour Operator in question will be valid.

Visit the Nordics reserves the right to charge 15% of the reservation’s total amount to cover online card processing fees.

There are some final considerations about refunds to consider. Cancellation Terms and Conditions vary from Product to Product and from Combination to Combination, the user undertakes to choose and check them carefully before purchasing. Visit the Nordics’ Terms and Conditions may differ from the Tour Operator’s Terms and Conditions. Both Terms and Conditions are described on the Website. The user undertakes to accept both. In most cases, it will be possible to readjust departure times and days and reconcile new dates with the user. We reserve the right to make these adjustments when deemed necessary. If this is not possible, we will present an alternative solution. If the user disagrees with this alternative solution, we guarantee a refund of the booking fee in full, if the Terms and Conditions on refunds of the Tour Operator in question so allow.

 9.4 Changes and Corrections

Any and all requests for changes and/or corrections must be addressed directly to Visit the Nordics and never to the Tour Operator. This is related to the need to centralize reserves in a certain system and with all the necessary communications between the parties for this purpose. The user accepts that making such changes and corrections directly with the Tour Operator will create a gap in information between the user, Us and the Tour Operator. This may result in Visit the Nordics being unable to provide Services or, for example, our ability to process payments and refunds to you. In this eventuality, We are exempt from any liability towards the user or the Tour Operator.

When possible, all date and time changes are subject to availability by the Tour Operator in question. Likewise, the user understands and accepts that such changes may be subject to additional charges, for example, if the change of date or time is to a day or time whose price is higher than that previously charged. Likewise, when possible, We will refund the difference if the markdown price is lower, but always to the same debit or debit card used for the first purchase. All payments and refunds will be processed at the time of purchase and/or change. Likewise, if applicable, the new Terms and Conditions relating to the new reservation will be applicable and accepted at the time of payment.

We reserve the right to charge additional fees for each date change, or any type of personal information that may be changed. Likewise, We will be obliged to make this charge when the Tour Operator’s Terms and Conditions so determine. Likewise, if the Services were contracted in the context of a promotion, for example, with a discount, We reserve the right to cancel the discount granted.

It is also common for Tour Operators to change the information contained on their web pages, sometimes without warning. These changes may affect any aspect of the tour or activity, for example, departure dates or times, prices or its itinerary, passenger pick-up locations, inclusions and exclusions or even requirements. The user agrees to release Us from any claim that may arise due to any change processed by the Tour Operator responsible for providing the Service.

Changes are binding. However, if you are unable to accept the changes, for example, when there is a conflict with other previously existing plans, We will try to suggest an alternative Service. If it is not possible to find such a replacement, We will try to negotiate the possibility of a refund with the Tour Operator. If the Tour Operator refuses the refund, We will be exempt from any and all subsequent actions by the User.

The User must inform himself of all entry requirements before leaving his country of origin and prepare accordingly.

Gathering the necessary documents for the User’s entry is their sole responsibility, as well as that of the minors accompanying them. These documents may include, but are not limited to, a valid passport, residence visa if required and any other document that the user’s country of entry may require.

Likewise, given the restrictions imposed by the increase in Coronavirus cases in Europe, the user undertakes to consult these same circulation rules and to comply with airline boarding requirements as well as entry and stay in the foreign country of departure. destination, as well as the rules to be met for your return journey.

Likewise, it is recommended that the User carefully read the terms and conditions of the travel insurance they purchased.
